plastic, remember, charles doesn't cook so even though I've been buying kitchen stuff since I've been here I don't have everything.

I have a mixer that has a thick glass bowl, but I don't wanna risk breaking, so maybe I'll boil water in a big pan and put a small nonstick frying pan on top and let the heat do the job, do u think that's gonna work?

you can sit a pan inside of it or whatever as long as it does the job it doesn't matter what it is

I don't know what I'm going to make. probably something time consuming so I have an excuse not to go outside tomorrow since it's supposed to be in the mid 80s. I don't really do hot weather. I'll probably decide tonight or at the last minute tomorrow.

I should try to bake a cake in our solar oven so I don't get the house all hot from turning on the oven

I hope that works. That's sorta like what I make but I think the cake part is different. Actually, I may try this recipe because I'm not crazy about the cake I use for mine.

this is a very easy and good recipe for tiramisu i use it all the time and it doesn't require anything special

this recipe looks nice and simple...
