Suh-weet! Squash it is. I'm actually making a butternut squash and apple soup so soup would have worked for me too. I hope it turns out ok. I'm a little worried about the combination of those two ingredients.

Well I made it last night. Javi loved it but I couldn't stomach it. I ate about 4 or 5 bites and couldn't take anymore. I forgot my camera at home yet again so I'll try to post the picture later tonight.

I wasn't sure if you used it... Bryan found an English-French food glossary on the Internet (very useful!), so I used it to see if the equivalent of risotto was risotto, and nope, they basically gave a definition of it. Now I know! that glossary sucks

It should be the right kind of rice....an Italian type like arborio rice or carnaroli rice....not just your average white rice to be risotto.

Well it might be a while before I post new pics. I can't load pictures onto my computer at work and my bil broke my computer at home. This makes the 3rd time. It's starting to pi$$ me off. I announced last night I was getting a new computer and my bil can have our old one. He is not to come within 10 feet of my new one.

Quark.... I wish I could get my hands on that stuff here. I've had it in the UK. Anyone know if it's something you can get here, and where, and is there anything just like it here?
