Beans for the next week is good for me. But you all are going to have to slow down. I can't keep up with the ingredients. I still haven't done my seafood for this week. I just printed out my recipe for pasta next week.

So here's my baked salmon, made with olive oil, lemon juice, white wine and capers, and it's served with whole grain brown rice and grilled zucchini. It was tasty.

yum-o! I love grilled zukes! looks fab. didn't know nuns cooked so well!

Thanks, I absolutley LOVE to cook and would actually like to take cooking classes to learn different kinds of techniques or to learn different ethnic styles, but they are so darn expensive.

love everything you used to cook. I might try that some day.

It's one of my favorite meals, and so glad hubster goes out so I can make it for myself.

sister francas there is a book called professional cooking by gisslen that teaches you just about everything you need to know. it's quite expensive maybe $50-70 but is a great tool!

forgot to add that I will be making homemade ravioli (I think) if not just homemade pasta next week. I know it's not an ingredient of the week but I'm making foccacia tonight with tomato, parm, caramelised onions, thyme to bring to my dad tomorrow. I will try to remember to take a photo.
