Birth Certificate and Employment Question

On the birth certificate, it would seem that my fiancée has a shortened version but it does have the birthplace of the father and mother and other common information like where she was born, when it was filed, and the certificate number? Would that be enough or do you think we would need to include copies of her passport just in case?

Second question, regarding the unemployment, if she and I are both presently unemployed but do plan to get a job soon, we would put unemployed. How likely or unlikely are we to get an RFE or a refusal on our petition if we put that?

If your fiancee is the USC she can submit either to show US citizenship. They do however require the long form birth certificate and members have received RFE's for providing short version. I would go with the passport (all pages including front and back) as either can be submitted to satisfy this requirement.

It states clearly on the form that if there is no employment to so state. It will not get you an RFE or a denial of the initial petition. Employment is not one of the requirements for an I-129F petition to be approvable at USCIS.
