Hi

I am filing K1 and have questions regarding I-129

1.

Q12. Is your fiance currently in US ,then complete the following

Background: My fiance came on tourist visa to visit me for 8 days from March 16th - March 24th and we filled the paperwork together. So that time I did say "Yes" he is in u.s and filled arrival,I-94 days etc.

But packet got delayed in mailing as I found few errors, and now he has gone back .So I wonder; answering "yes" to Q12 will hurt me ?

All my paperwork are dated March 19th (since I answered "yes" to Q12 and wanted to be consistent.

Should i change the date (to latest date and answer "No" to Q12) or leave it like this and mail it? Pls advice.

2.

Another Q is we forgot to write "None" for SSN and A# for my fiance. Can i handwrite it ? as he has already signed it and i dont wnat to mail him the paperwork again just for signature. Pls suggest
