I've always hated the five minute (or less) that you get on this site for editing purposes. :angry:

Hi everyone,

I received my NOA/Biometrics letter today, which had the right SRC number on it!! Having then signed up for online tracking, I found out my file was transferred to the VSC on March 20th - the same day as Eveline! In fact we've even got the same biometrics date as well - so it's you and me together! :thumbs:

No fair! They got mine before you even sent yours! lol

:blush: Sorry about that! Actually I would have sent mine off ages before, but I can't help myself ... I procrastinate like a good'un and managed to wait to the 87th day ... then the PO couldn't get anyone to sign for it ... so it finally got signed for on the 91st day. :wacko: And I've been on tenterhooks ever since!

Now I can finally uncross arms, legs, etc, I'll be happy to cross some fingers for you instead. :yes:

Well at least I have my stamp in my passport in the meantime.

Perhaps I'll get home and have mine tonight - I do only live in Houston after-all.

Perhaps I'm just dreaming though! lol

Mine, so far, doesnt look to have been transferred... so I'll have to wait and see.

Wonder if there is a rhyme or reason for some transferring and some staying in Texas - like maybe first letter of last name or region where they live, etc.? There has to be some sort of consistency - NOT!!!!! :goofy:

June - 2005 - Moved to the USA =)

Apr - 2006 - APPROVED AOS Without Interview!!

Feb - 2008 - REMOVAL of conditions!!!!!

02/20/2008 - Package was sent to TSC.

02/25/2008 - Package confirmed received at TSC.

Mind you, I suppose those of us that have been transferred probably ought to remove ourselves from this list anyway! :wacko:

'peter' - I hope you do get some news soon. Did you ever find out when your MO was cashed? Or an NOA1?

My biometrics letter arrived today, still no NOA though so I will be keeping the infopass at Miami on April 22

Well it looks like the people who are getting transferred to VSC are at least getting SOMETHING - while those of us who seem to be staying in TSC get nothing! - Ah well, I guess there's nothing new or unexpected there - sounds like the same old TSC!

Hmmmmm I spoke too soon... my wife just sent me a message that as she was leaving the house there is _something_ there in the mailbox from immigration - she didnt know what though... she left it for me! lol

well the system at TSC is obviously broken. They tell us that they are sending out the NOAs along with the status update that acknowledges they have received the application but somewhere between the receipt of the applications and assignation of the CR-189 numbers there is a broken link - the action gets recorded as if it has happened, but remains undone and incomplete. Either no one is catching it, or they don't care - and either are possible - incompetency or apathy. Big Sigh! No news here either.
