:goofy: Well, evidently those of us filing our I-751 to the TSC are not being transferred out anymore as has been the case in the past. In order to keep track of each other, please add your names and dates to the list below. I believe maryandmian, jamieswith, kathryn41, and rojthebam should all be on this list now, so please add yourself in date order of when you mailed your I-751. Good luck and a speedy process to all of us on JV! :goofy:

That being said. Last time i use anything to do with USPS.. Usps bascially told me that its possible they cashed the money order but they wont give me details without paying the $5.00 tracer on it.

Do they have any clue about what they are doing in Texas? First let petition it there forever, then transfer new applications to CSC, then transfer new applications to VSC, then transfer old application to VSC, and finally keep new applications in TSC!

We'll see. I really hope its not gonna be 2 months before i get a NOA :)

Well I'm going to make an appointment and try to get my passport stamped as soon as my GC is expired... (I'll try to think of a good excuse) if I don't get the stamp i'll at least want the officer to tell me the current status and (maybe) give me a tracking number i can actually use.

I figure if I can get the stamp, then from that point I won't care too much! if I then dont hear anything before next january then i'll be just filing for citizenship... and at that point they'll just have to dig my file out of whatever service center it's getting fossilized at and send it to my local office for ajudication.

Well, I am going to need the NOA or the stamp in 2 months time to renew my driver's license so I sure hope I get one or the other. I really don't relish the thought of having to go to USCIS and try to convince them to give me the stamp if I don't have the NOA yet. Big Sigh. I guess it was just too much to hope that USCIS could speed up at least one of my applications. Let's see, we started this process in June, 2003; married in June 2004; applied for AOS July 2004; AOS approved end of May 2006; applied to remove conditions end of Feb 2008, conditions removed . . . . .? Going on 5 years and counting now.
