My fiance is getting her medical done right now, she is supposed to give her passport but needs to go back to Cag. De oro in 2 days. The only other form of ID she has is a working ID. Does anyone know if this is considered a valid ID to board a plane? Everytime I call Cebu Pacific I get a busy signal so if anyone could help it would be great.
