A Wall Street trader is suing a strip club after a dancer hit him in the eye with the heel of her shoe during a lap dance.

In a suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Stephen Chang said he "sustained serious personal injuries" at the Hot Lap Dance Club, reports the New York Daily News.

"During the course of said lap dance, the employee suddenly swung around, striking [Chang] in the eye with the heel of her shoe," the suit says.

A manager at the Hot Lap Dance Club said he never heard about the lap dance that went from pleasurable to painful in one of the club's private rooms.

"We didn't have any reported accidents," said the manager, who identified himself as Lou. "We have a first-aid kit, and we would have treated the guy or called an ambulance."

So far, it merely sounds like an accident. Although I have to wonder what was going on (and in what position) so that she could smack him with her shoe. I've been to a couple of strip clubs before and I've certainly never been struck.

Even if this wasn't an accident, it'll be a case of "he said, she said" which probably won't amount to much (unless the club was video recording the VIP rooms, which they sometimes do, since some dancers will take extra money to render "additional services" to their clients). Usually people think all that goes on is pole dancing and lap dancing, which is what's supposed to happen, although once the guy and girl are somewhere private, other activities can (and often do) occur.
