Hello all, i had my join sponser do his transcripts what i told him to do and he sent me a form in my email... It doesnt say transcipts on it Just Record of Account.. Also looks like its a 1040ez... Can i still use this as a transcipt as it has his gross income of 2007?

Thanks... And yes he got it from the IRS...

NO, you and the sponser have to Call the IRS and get a 3 years transcript

July 19------------Send the I-129F

July 26------------Recieved

December 7th----NOA2 online

December 14-----NOA2 Hard Copy

December 21-----NVC recieved

December 28-----NVC send to US embassy in Ethiopia

January 8---------US embassy in Ethiopia will recieve

January 11--------Packet 3

February 7 -------Interview

February 7 -------Passed interview

February 12------VISA in hand

February 22------IN the USA

March 1-----------Wedding

March 15----------Sent AOS

July 7 -------------Finger Print

January 27, 2009--Green card approved without interview. It took almost one year though.

Feb 2 -------------Got the green card in the mail

Next: playing the waiting game for the 2 years holding removal

1040EZ itself is not a transcript.

You order simple transcripts from the IRS they will have gross income listed on them.

I dont understand this, because he explained everything to them and they sent him these documents... It has his gross income listed and even on the cover page it says For Imigration... I beleave what you say, it just doesnt make sense that they send this document...

We used transcripts for our I-134 and later for the I-864 used to adjust status.

They were plain white printouts with "Record of Account" printed on them.
