Looks good to me, you have pretty much everything that we sent off in our AOS package. Dont forget to photocopy the front and back of the I-94 and to write your alien number on the back of your passport photo's in pencil!

Looks good! Yours is almost exactly like ours, we couldn't afford to apply for Advance Parole. One thing though, you don't need to include your last three years tax returns...they only need the most recent one now. That said, we included ours anyway.

I'm sure it doesn't matter if its in pen or pencil, the instructions for filing the application on the uscis website state:

Using a pencil, lightly print yourAlien Registration Number (A#), or your name, if you donot have an A#, on the back of each photo.

At the end of the day I guess they are trying to ensure that the face of the photo's do not get damaged. I really wouldn't worry too much!
