Do we have to sign and date every sheet of a copy of all the evidence we send? Such as all the copies of airline tickets, old emails and all that?

I didn't sign anything that had my name or her name already printed on it. (Boarding passes, plane tickets, birth certs, etc.)

I did sign everything else. (Pictures, didn't send any e-mails or phone records. Although, we probably will be using those at the interview and WILL sign them if there are no names.)

It is not necessary to sign any evidence.

You're only required to sign all forms requested and of course the statement that you and your S.O. intend to marry.

The photos yes, however they are not "evidence".....They ask you to do this so that they may match the photo to the proper documentation.

Sometimes it's not easy to discern the male from the female when dealing with couples that have names from third world nations. Writing your name on the back of the photo eliminates the confusion.
