"If you think I'm "illegal" because I'm a Mexican, learn the true history because I'm in my HOMELAND"

Whatever you guys think of immigrants, legal or illegal, that sign was really in bad taste.

It's disrespectful, offensive and totally unacceptable.

Huh ?

Huh what? The United States is not their "homeland".

I know but it's mine,I was born here.I don't condone illegal immigration either but I find it unfair how some people think how ALL illegal immigrants are of Latino origin.

May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well, they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit, nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !

June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again, still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!

But according to family history, genetics, and political history, Aztlán is. Wars of aggression that steal foreign territories tend to do that... That is, of course, something that has to be proven and at least the war is the easy argument to prove in two words: Manifest Destiny. Genetics is a yes/no type of answer... and family histories tend to be pretty reliable in bulk. As for political history... well, there's the argument to behold.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

They're not making babies :protest: go go go make more babies and forget how raise them.

Best solution: Removed Amendment XIV.

Citizenship should only available by US citizenship parent and or naturalization.

There are plenty of people of all origins who make babies and forget how to raise them.

Not all...but 80%+ of illegal aliens are Latino.

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

US Congresswoman Barbara Jordan (D-TX)

Testimony to the House Immigration Subcommittee, February 24, 1995

Good one LOL. I'm sure someone in Mexico told Washington the same thing back in the 1840s.

highly unlikely, as texas comprised quite a bit of that map in 1836. so washington had nothing to do with it.

Yeah, I stand corrected on dates. I believe Americans were emigrating into the Mexican territory of Tejas in the 1820s. Funny how the Texas Republic got its start by these immigrants wanting to own slaves while Mexico's government said no. As for the Mexican War... well, there was the whole annexation issue, and Alta California and Nuevo Mexico were not even part of Tejas.

Strange to mention Manifest Destiny and slavery in the same concept but hey, there's a root for every tree.

oh noes!! the invasion is finally happening!! OMG

yesterday I was driving through Charlotte, it's so cool to see many latino places around, stores and restaurants, at last, places where I can get the necessary stuff to cook and such!!

The Loo has an area..on Cherokee that is primary Latino...great place, i always stock up on King Carlos bars and Sangria sodas

My Church and associated school is 85% Latino. They have been here in St. Louis for a very long time.

yes, i knew that...long ago, i was dating a lady from mexico city..a usa citizen, i add..anyway, i use to go there in '93..

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

If the US moved the border further south, latinos in northern mexico wouldn't have to cross the border or put up with being called illegals,,they would have instant citizenship. If people continued to cross the border, move it south again; all the way to tierra del fuego if necessary. If the people south of the US were happy with their life and goverments, they wouldn't have to travel into another country to improve their lives so lets bring US to them.
