in America, convicts have rights....it is in the constitution...i assume they should get bread and water .....

What about the victims do they have rights? Or do they have to simply suck it up.

Just cause can't have 5 minutes in the room with every criminal you feel deserves it, doesn't mean that the victim doesn't have rights.

Funny, because last time I was in London people who joked on the US there joked about the legal system. Or maybe they are idiots. Their paychecks at HSBC seems to suggest otherwise.

I will say that most of the pub gossip I heard about America and Americans in the UK arises out of the same old stereotyped conceptions that you're now applying to the black community. Ignorant people by and large, with small and narrow minds.
