They would definitely cry if they knew that I would not use the misinterpreted US constitution, as it stands, to wipe my ###.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Why not start an island nation with your own form of isolated goverment? Unless of course, there is an existing goverment that suits you.

I know it's disrespectful on my part and totally forfeits my right to even comment in the thread but I'm so glad I don't actually read all of this stuff through, it'd be so depressing. I mean I know to be intellectually responsible I should but...no

You should go to D.C. and protest or throw a fit or something over any given subject matter. I bet you'd get noticed as having lots of enthusiasm and they'd try to draw you into politics on an entry-level position and really start demeaning you by shucking you on the chin and calling you 'spunky' or something :P It'd be great.

We could always start a collection to send you somewhere else! I've got $10.00, who's with me?

Oh that's really well articulated and well reasoned.

Now why don't you just meander on over to your own personal toilet and quit crapping in ours.

Great Scott! Apparently there are other Aussies that are pissed at us too! I'm glad I'm here in the good ole' U.S.A. where there's no chance I'll be shot! I wonder if they were quarreling over the right to keep and bear arms?

BANGKOK, Thailand (AP) -- An American tourist has been shot dead during a quarrel in a restaurant in northern Thailand with an Australian man, police say.

The 46-year-old tourist, Gary Poretsky from Hawaii, was shot three times by William Douglas in Chiang Mai after they quarreled, said police Capt. Somsak Phanthong.

The killing happened on Saturday.

Douglas, 65, is being detained on charges of premeditated murder, Somsak said

Seriously, you seriously want us to put you in a basket full of money and set you adrift to Cuba? Is it that bad?

Meh, I was in Australia once when I was 13. All I remember about it is 1. in Sydney some punkish sort of blue mohawk smoking teenager kids glaring at us, 2. we got on a boat to go around the harbor bit where the Opera House is, and all of the crew had blatantly been puffing and was just really obviously high, and 3. had a homestay thing with this TERRIFYING EVIL EVIL FAMILY where they were supposed to show us around for four days and 'culturally enrich' us and stuff and actually all they did was go out clubbing or god knows all three nights and left me and the other girl I was with alone in the house all night to babysit their slightly younger kids who were also TERRIFYING EVIL EVIL and got into humongous obnoxious fights and on the second night the boy went and grabbed a friggin KITCHEN KNIFE and chased his sister around the house with it and we're sitting here trying to intervene in this #######, not knowing if they're serious or if they're psycho or what, and I end up with a cut up foot and the kids laugh about it and the parents never know.

Now see that's like my limited yet total experience of Australia so just if I were to judge from THAT and from the little history I know of the country what with all the 'wow so you were founded off of like...really bad prisoners that got exiled from Britain?" thing plus the I'm sure very blurry and inaccurate 'reputations' the country has in the world of kind of having some 'irresponsible' relationships drug and sex traffic wise with Asian places like Thailand, etc etc etc. - if I were to like...take in all of that, and embrace it as the full and definitive qualities of Australia, etc, I wouldn't really have a very good view of it :(

Plus you come from Britain and Britain has a queen which isn't even a democracy so what do they know! (my fiance HATES when I say that. Apparently in tons of debates in the past, Americans always tend to pull that one out of their butts, that the Brits' point just doesn't even count as they're a monarchy and totally ruled by a queen )

Anyway...that cat is really spooky. Kind of reminds me of Bush somehow. xD "Mr. President you MUST get out of bed and deal with 9/11/Katrina/bin Laden/global warming!"..."Nooo...nooo!"

I thought America is all about diversity.

Does this mean I should not be here just because I hate the BS constitution. Illegal immigrants piss on the country daily yet some of you adamantly support them and stand by their side.

Just remember which country stood by the US's side in every war.

You won't find many people on this site "adamantly supporting" illegal immigration.

Guys relax. I am pulling your leg.

If I disliked the nation so much I would have gone back by now. While I believe the constitution needs to be modernized to reflect the 21st century this does not mean I hate the nation.

You really are as clueless as you are rude, aren't you?

The constitution is what gives you the right to fritter away your time here, whinging and complaining about the country you CHOSE to immigrate too.

It just seems really flamboyantly rude to me that you would run your mouth so loudly about it. And what a waste of your life, spending it somewhere you despise! Why on earth would anybody spend their life in a place they have so much disrespect for?

A good ambassador you do not make.

Does the same apply to all of the Mexicans who are here illegally solely for their financial gain. Who could not care less about respecting the nations federal laws let alone about the consequences of them stealing jobs from Americans.
