i have a doubt ! I

am the one who did all the paper work for my wife here in the USA !

Does that mean im the person who is going to receive the appointment notification or

is my wife in Venezuela ? since the interview is going to be held in Venezuela !

Actually we had to email caracas with our NVC case number in order to find out our interview date. I suggest that you send an email to the us embassy in caracas and ask them if they have received your case yet, and they will respond with your interview date if they have received it. We never received anything from them in the mail.
