I am reviewing my G-325a before i mail it off to my wife. I worked in the US a few years ago on a J1 Visa. i placed my provisional SSN that was given to me at the time on my I-130 form. There is a section on the G-325a that said that i should "Show below last occupation abroad if not shown above. (Include all information requested above.)". Question, should i put that i worked cause it seems to me that i may complicate the who situation and make my processing longer. If i do should i state on the form that i worked on a J1 visa so that the person processing my paper wont think i was woring illegally? should i put a copy of my ( now expired) J1 visa in the package so that i reduce the posibility of a RFE? or should i just take out the SSN from the I-130 and not mention a thing about the J1 visa and working in the US?

You need to answer all lines truthfully, so yes indicate that you worked in the USA. Did you have an A# when here on the J1 visa? If so put it on the G-325A, it will help them look up your past residency in the USA.

Tell the truth and attach a copy of your J1 visa too. Specify the SSN too. I don't think you would get RFE for that.

If you had an EAD Card from time that you were here on J-1 the A# may be in that card.
