My husband filed mid October so maybe in the next couple weeks we shall see October approvals with a little luck :)

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Thank you all, Yours will be coming soon.....I guess now it is vermont turn with the approvals. But itlloks like vermont are procrssing things differently from CSC. CSC were approving both at the same time, I have noticed. But with vermont it looks like they are ignoring the I-129F.......will see, I will keep you all posted.

I wonder what will happen with mine. I didn't send in the I-129F because me and my hubby prefer to start off with him working instead of playing the EAD waiting game with our life again so soon after playing the immigration waiting game. :)

Yes, I-129F is optional, you don't have to file it if you do not need it.
