I am looking into moving the conditions of my husbands green card using the I-751

But in the forms it states that I need:

2. Two completed fingerprint cards (Form FD-258) for applicants and dependents between the ages of 14 and 79. You must indicate your Alien Registration Number (A#) on the fingerprint card and ensure that the completed cards are not bent, folded, or creased. The fingerprint cards must be prepared by a U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate, USCIS Office, or U.S. Military Installation.

Where Do I get a FD-258????? We live in miami. Does anyone know how to get this????

Thanks.

Jennifer

If applying for I-751 while out of the country you go to the US consulate or embassy, they will have the FD cards there, and they will do the fingerprinting there.
