Are you in the thrall of the green eyed monster?

Yesterday we went to an Easter party, we were invited by afriend. My husband's ex gf was there. I was busy looking after my daughter but then i saw Him with the ex laughing and looks like they were having fun. I felt like i was out of that place had only 1 person i was talking to and that was his niece. He just left me inside the house knowing that i was alone and i dunno those people (that was my thought). Anyways, i just kept quite. Here comes the dinner, this time my husband was inside the house and asked me if am fined and i said YES I AM. He tried to gave me Food but i said NO THANKS AM FINE. ( the truth?i was soo hungry ). Party was done and we were on our way back home. I never talked to him which was stranged for him. When we got back home, He asked me again if am ok and this time i answered him YOU KNOW THAT WHEN AM QUITE THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME. So i talked to him about it and silly me i cried a lot like a baby. I said AM JEALOUS. I know i had no reason to be jealous but i dunno i just felt bad. But anyways i got a big hug and lots of kisses from him and a very a polite explanation.

Have you experience such? Being jeally i mean.

For me,What you felt was normal.. And since most filipinas are sensitive and easily get jealous. (though, im not saying all but MOST)

And yes , i feel being matampuhin / jealous too in some circumstances. It's a good feeling when our partners understands us , and make us feel that we are loved and no need to worry of feeling jealous , though sometimes, we cant help it, but to feel that.. (filipinos are, not only women, but also men)

My wife thinks I'm manhid. But this isnt true. I just trust her with everything. But what you felt at that party was normal. This is why I burned/threw away all of my exes photos etc. I also made a point of NOT communicating with my exes at all for whatever reasons. I think they're just exes and not important enough in my life to give the time of day off. And the possible hurt feeling that it might give to my wife. No matter how small that hurt could be, I dont wanna do it. It is just not worth it.

Although, I dont tell my wife to burn or throw away photos of her ex. I dont tell her to not try communicating. Its fine. Maybe because like she says... I'm manhid.

I'm not the type of a jealous person. And not with his exes at all. Just a few months ago I tried to clean one of the cabinet here and suddenly I found this brown folder and when i'm looking through I found this bunched of cards and love letters from my husband exes since he was still in high school...He was so uncomfortable when I start reading it loud and with feeling hehehehheheeh. I trust my husband and he always consider my feeling and I'm the one he choose to spend the rest of his life So no reason to get jeally at all.
