Charry is set to arrive in 2 weeks.

When she is passing through customs what should she declare on her personal belongings?

Obviously she is bringing clothes and toiletries as well as the computer I gave her as a gift, which was brought from the US to the Philippines on my last trip.

She may be bringing other things like jewelery and like maybe a curling iron and hair drier. Will she need to declare all these items?

I said "NO" to all and didnt declare any on the form...during my POE at LAX, the border police just asked me what's inside the boxes and told him that its clothes and documents and he let me thru. This is probably because prior to LAX, the customs guys at NAIA had already done what they call "redundancy checking" where all your baggage (even handcarry) were thoroughly inspected.

Btw, i brought a lot of foodstuffs from the Philippines...from Hopia to Chicharon...

2-0. In favor of the boys.
