Hi Everyone! Thanks for dropping by and having time reading my post! I have a problem, Im married to an LPR and im out of status here in US. My husband filed already petition for me and my kids I-130. I know its going to take us a lot of time getting our visa and i wanted to ask you all for advise on how can i get my kids to join me here....its really hard my kids are apart from but i didnt have the choice, I tried to googled the web what to do, hope somebody here give an advise@!

Until your husband is eligible for citizenship and can upgrade your case there really isnt alot you can do. I dont think applying for any other visa type will be successful but seek the advise of a immigration attorney and see what they say.
