First post in the AOS! Alo Everyone! Well here it is am ready to submit the 864 i have a joint sponsor and I am a little confused about which box to check? I am the pet and i am a joint sponsor any help?

Can you re-phrase your question please ??

11/02/2008:- Check Cashed

12/02/2008:- Received NOA for I-485 and I-765

19/02/2008:-Received Biometric appointment

03/03/2008:-RFE (I-485)

11/03/2008:-RFE mailed back

17/03/2008:-AOS touched, and case processing has resumed

08/05/2008:-Made Infopass appointment in Atlanta for Friday 16th

21/05/2008:-EAD Card production ordered

22/05/2008:-EAD Touched

27/05/2008:-EAD Card Production ordered again

27/05/2008:-Case transferred to CSC' I am K3 Holder,This is Strange Folks

ok On the 864 there is a question about check which box applies to you now i am the petitioner and i have 1 joint sponsor do i just fill out his info and check the joint sponsor box

you need 2 I864s

The first one, you check the first box "I am the petitioner"

The second one, filled out by the co-sponsor, they fill it out and check "I am the co-sponsor"

Don't check the "I am the first of two co-sponsors", that means there is you and two other people sponsoring
