Is number 10 asking if I have PREVIOUSLY submitted a petition to USCIS for someone, and I answer "none", or am I supposed to put down my fiance???

It's worded:

10. I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following person(s). If none, state "none".

(The question before, #9, asks if I've previously submitted affadavits of support for anyone before, so I assumed #10 meant the same as well...?)

Please help! Thank you... :unsure:

#10 is the name of the beneficiary.

04/25/08 - Arrived in Seattle!

05/18/08 - Wedding day

05/21/08 - Registered our marriage license

05/29/08 - Applied for SSN

06/06/08 - SS card received by mail

06/23/08 - AOS + EAD + TD sent via FedEx

06/26/08 - Package received at Chicago

06/30/08 - NOA 1

07/03/08 - Biometrics Appointment Notice for AOS + EAD received by mail

07/22/08 - 8:00AM, Biometrics taken at USCIS Seattle

09/04/08 - EAD approval notice received through email, card production in process

09/04/08 - touch

09/05/08 - I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien Into the United States received in MAIL

09/09/08 - touch
