Ill try this again. My last topic got put in a remote location. Was anyone ever asked specifically for the employment letter

at a Lima K1 interview? I only have Monday and Tuesday left to get one from my employer and have it faxed to Peru. It is too late to mail an original. I need to confront the paralegal about why they didnt see to it that I had one in my financial package since they are the ones that reviewed it and sent back to me. Of course they never told me I needed one. They just said in a side note that if you are self employed you dont need one. They never said that if you are not self employed you do need one. That is why I emailed her back and asked specifically about this issue. I got a curt response back that didnt answer my question. Also, does the bank letter really need to have the total deposits for the past year? The letter I got from Bank of America gives the current balance and date opened. It says that if you need deposits for 12 months you need to get your statements.
