In need of forms and help

I am fixing the AOS forms for my wife and am not able to find a good form for 485, 765, and 131.

I keep getting a "this file is damaged" message. Tried going off site to find one but keep getting same response.

Can anyone help.

That is the source site of all the papers you are looking for.... it works fine for me for all three forms (I-131, I765, I485).... I'd say it's probably a problem with the adobe and/or antivirus on your computers. The links aren't broken.

Yeah, probably if he wasn't able to open such links, he might have a problem with adobe program or something
