My wife and I mailed our AOS to Chicago lockbox. We certified the USPS delivery and received the return receipt on March 6.

We have not received any NOA or RFE. I wrote a personal check and it still has not been cashed.

It is now March 22. Should we panic yet?

4/07/08- RFE

4/11/08- AOS, EAD and AP re-mailed

4/18/08- NOA's received

5/06/08- Biometrics Appt

6/14/08- AP approved

6/17/08- EAD approved

11/07/08- Greencard Approved!

11/22/08- Greencard Received

Don't panic you will certainly receive your NOA and your check will be cashed soon. Some people got their NOA at least 3weeks from the day they mailed off their AOS package, all you have to do is pray and be patient.

I never got my NOAs in the mail..just my biometrics appointment with the case #s.

12/24/2021 - Motion to terminate deportation proceedings from 2013 filed
