I think that you can do the translation by yourself if you know english/spanish languaje. Have you asked to your embassy?

There are many official translators in Bogota and one that I used to go to:

Calle 100 #17A-55

I can't remember the name of the centre though but it is near DAS Calle 100. They charge like COP 10,000 per page to translate from Spanish to English and vice versa. That was 2 years ago, not sure about now.

I wanted to ask a question about translating for myself if that was really possible. Or does it have to be signed by a professional?
