updated medical forms for I-130

Hi all,

When I got my blood test results, the civil surgeon noted that I needed to get the chickenpox vaccine. Howeve,r because the "boost" can only be administered weeks after the first one he noted on my form that the chicken pox vaccine was not completed due to "insufficient time." He did recommend me for approval, or whatever the language on the form says.

Today I got the "boost" and the doctor gave me a new form that basically says everything is good. What should I do with the new form-- send it in or just hold onto it for an interview and only send it if I get an RFE? I sent my applications (I-130, I-485, I-765) in early February, have received NOAs and done my biometrics, but there is no sign that my application left Chicago. Myabe I should have just waited until after I got the "boost" but I got impatient and figured it would be good to get things rolling. Has anybody else had this situation?

Also a very different question, but do cases where the non-citizen is here on a work visa (i.e., is filing a Form I-130 along with I-485) ever get transferred to California? I think my time for that may well have passed but am just wondering if I should just completely give up hope.

Thanks everyone, and enjoy the weekend!

Just keep the medical form in case of RFE or interview. No need to send now, they wouldn't be able to match it up with your file anyway.

Sometimes people who are on work visas get transferred to CSC and approved without interview, sometimes not. No way to predict what they will do, so don't give up hope just yet!

Thanks ELW! Ok, I'll keep my hopes up a bit longer then (especially b/c I suspect my local office is flooded with applications). :P
