Hi, sorry I have not been on for a good few months, went out to the mailbox this morning as per usual and seen the official heading from the usic and thought to myself what the f--k do they want now as I had just been for another biometrics last week, but to my utter amazement it was the WELCOME TO AMERICA letter stating that fact and also that I would receive card in the mail in about 3 weeks time.

Tonight I shall be having a few or 10 beers and what ever I feel like having.

I have not told my good lady yet,but tonight when she comes home from work I will have a bottle of champers ready and will open it in front of her, well actually pointed out the back door patio and watch her reaction.

I know she has been stressing out over the past few or more months, and this will mean so much to her.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has given us valuable info and encouragement through the process and a special thanks goes out to a few people who have conversed with me one on one when I thought things were going shall we say not to well.
