I can't help but notice how you dismiss all references to modern manifestations of racism in the U.S. that can't, even by your standards, be pinned on the black population's own wrongdoings. Your solution (from yesterday) for black people who didn't want to sit at the back of the bus: go back to Africa! Of course!

So what exactly did I dismiss again.

My solution. It wasn't a solution at all. It was a statement directed at Wright and anyone else white, black, pink etc etc who hates the nation.

PS I thought I specifically said go to London..

I guess you don't include yourself in that statement

That, in a town full of black people and italian people. Black people are historically underprivileged. What about those goombahs? They just must be fukcin' stupid.

You tell me. I did not bring it up..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Whoah there bucko - that's not my point. I'm (still) addressing the article you posted on white slavery and your apparent suggestion that evidence of white slaves should stand by itself to speak to an equivalent tragedy and historical/social legacy. Many problems with that rationale. As I've said.

Yes I know. You said there weren't as many involved.

And you don't think that's significant when you're questioning sociological differences between ethnic groups in the same country?

I don't hate the nation. If I did hate the nation, yes I would have left; yesterday..

I'm wondering if BY can explain his connection to N17.

An industrial Metal band from Phoenix, Arizona?

Yes, I forgot. Only you are allowed to have an opinion.

Well no. But when you're laying out a rationale based on an understanding of a fictional "black community" that you've cooked up from anecdotes and TV what do you expect people to say...?. By your own admission you don't associate with people from the "real" black community... So what authoritative basis do you have to make the claims you are making about blacks and the black community?

I guess you don't include yourself in that statement

Um you've said that if it weren't for your wife you'd move back to Oz in a flash.

You've also said that you hate what the nation has become since the 60's.

Cutting the line mighty fine don't you think?

Don't you recognise your opinion when it is nicely laid out and organised?

The difference between myself and others is that when someone accuses me of something I don't run and cry no I didn't say it bla bla bla. If I did believe those points I would have specifically stated that. I am not the pc type.

It is called observation and I am perfectly entitled to it. Especially in a nation where every man and his dog has one.

Yes I hate the direction liberals have taken this nation. And yes I would move back as the quality of life is better there. Why would I drive an Daewoo when I can drive an Bentley.

But

That does not mean I hate the nation.

(Free genotyping available here for those genetic markers of inferiority). For a modest, extra fee we can also throw in a couple of extra PCR genotypes for AGTR2 and GDI1) to test for mental retardation susceptibility genes.

I would like to see you say that to my face.

Gladly would. Why? Can't handle your own rhetoric?

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

So what do you like about it exactly? What have you done for it where you get to decide who an criticize it and under what terms? At least Wright served this country in the military.

Given his problem at expressing a clear idea, I doubt he understands the differences between these since he equates temporal and international differences as reasons for his hard to reach arguments.

Don't you recognise your opinion when it is nicely laid out and organised?

Why run and cry when you have 30+ pages in this very thread of self-delusional material for all to see?

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

That is what you have stated, I don't see how you can deny it.

Where have I stated that precisely? I certainly would have voiced those points again if I did believe it.

Now what I do recall me asking in many other threads is whether it is possible that I am racist towards poor inner city black Americans.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

For your reference. I've added the bolding.

Yeah, get over it, it's ancient history.

I am the first of my family to step foot on this continent. Should I too have to pay / suffer for the consequences of the past. Be it the 60's or 1800.

When there was a colored-only fountain policy why didn't people just pack up and leave. Why doesn't Wright go back to where he came from since he hates the white man and Europeans so much.

Yes, they could have used their frequent flyer miles.

They are called ships. Might want to read up on them sometime as thousands of immigrants used them with little or no money.

Yes and that whole situation proves that it has a lot to do with culture. Some cultures progress others sit there and blame whitey for their problems.

He offered his solution a couple of pages back. Black people who didn't want to drink from the colored-only fountains should have used their frequent-ship miles to "return" to Africa.

So why not leave now then. Last time I checked I could get a one way ticket to London for a few hundreds bucks.

Synopsis:

Black people (or maybe just Wright) prior to the 60s should have taken discount ships back to Africa, or, alternatively, waited until now to buy a ticket to London.
