Or they can do the logical, fair and balanced thing by focusing on all equal cases of victimization equally. Wall.

Why? They are not a democracy. It is a private run news network. Than can spend 10 hours focusing on burning corn fields if they like.

Burning cornfields aren't Fox's style. They like fires that consume urban structures, bonus if the fire is punctuated by explosions. Desert brush fires are a close second, but only if they're enormous or about to eat up houses. Burning cornfields aren't as exciting.

Who is making serious demands for compensation payments? Oh I forgot, no one.

I understand you are from CA. Listening to others is not your forte..

And a big reason why many blacks are in the situation that they are in is because when segregation ended they did not receive any type of handouts. But jews and Native Indians did receive handouts financially and economically to jump start the oppresion that they were in. You will never see a homeless native american because they are fully taken care of by the government (loans, housing, education) you name it they get it.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Yes, another wild tangent incoming.

By the way, I am not from California. I have lived only 2 years and 7 months of my total years on the planet here. But still, nice generalization.

Compensation payments, housing and help with loans to start business etc. would have been great only, if it took place as soon as segregation and slavery were over. This has been proven in history .

And taxes my friend are part of the american life, get used to your tax dollars being spent on things that you do not agree with.

Former Chicago alderman presses for slave reparations

GARY -- Former Chicago Alderman Dorothy Jean Wright Tillman told an audience at the Wildermuth branch of the Gary Public Library that she has been involved in civil rights since she was 9 years old in Montgomery, Ala.

...

Wearing one of her trademark, broad-band hats, this one black and silver, Tillman on Saturday spoke on the need for reparations for all blacks.

"America would not be America if not for the labor of slaves," she said.

Tillman said Gary would benefit from reparations and community efforts.

I wasn't asking for viewing suggestions, just noting that Fox likes missing blonde girls and fires.

Well, Fox News sure has a weakness for missing blonde girls. And fires, now that I think of it.

Maybe Fox News needs affirmative action applied to their station. This way for every lost blonde girl they will need to also show a lost minority.

Seriously misunderstood? Looking back at your comments here, I have to say I doubt that. You've gone out of your way to promote a compartmentalist and ultimately racist view of blacks and black culture.

How so? By saying they should be responsible for their actions and their future rather than blaming historical events. Yes how racist of me.

With all do respect, it is easy to see that you do not know very much about black history, so you shouldnt speak on it, segregation did not end until the 1960's, that wasnt that long ago, you speak like racism ended in the 1800's.

Do not be cruel and say they need to move on, that is incredibly insensitive. there are still many blacks alive that have first hand experince with racism, and have seen their parents and grandparents get mistreated maybe killed. how do you tell a person like that to move on??

What in the name of God are you saying???

Oh come on Troll - all your googling skills and the best you come up with is an old lady at the Gary public library?
