Because its fine and dandy to look at a youtube video and apply an audience reaction to a population of millions. Right...

Perhaps I should poll a dozen people on the street as to who they think will win the general election and use the results from that to predict the winner

I have a BA in History and South Asian Studies and a master's (in a month) in journalism (emphasis culture and human rights). Can't wait to see what clever plan your little brain is hatching to use my degrees against me.

That of course can't compare to BA degrees in Engineering and Economics that apparently teach students that the wealth in a city is evenly distributed ;)

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

There's not agreeing, and then there's being a complete undereducated hateful moron. Not talking about anyone in particular.

:lol:That's incredibly apt.

Funny you bring intelligence up then try to dismiss any questioning of yours.

In all fairness, BY, that's basically cherry picking. Sure, there are lots of blacks who're criminals, but then again, there are plenty of criminals who're of other races, ethnic origins and religions too. Some are men and others are women. You can't point to one group and say, without question, that they are responsible for all (or most) of the ills in society.

Funny how you initially bring intelligence into the equation then try to dismiss any questioning of yours.

She didn't dismiss it - she answered your question. Which you asked.... why...?

Dug yourself into that particular hole I think..

I didn't see any questioning of my intelligence. Where was it? You asked for my degrees, but you've already posted (I think even in this thread) that you feel degrees and where they come from don't say anything about intelligence.

Affirmative action shouldn't have to apply to people. I should not be disqualified from making comments about the community's attitude simply because I do not know anyone who is from the NE / MW, lives in the inner city, is poor and black. The point of those photos and the videos was to ask whether these are the sort of people I should hang out with. It's a dam shame that chick was murdered though..

Ergo, no black Africans on that continent blame the white man for their current situation, hmm? I do not know one single black American who blames "whitey" (a highly offensive term, btw, that I've only ever heard YOU use, BY.... not any African Americans) for anything. But I do know that every single black person that I know has experienced racism, and I have had that racism directed at me, as well, for being in their presence. It is not in the past, BY, it is current. And it is a vile and wilfull provocation to "remind" a person of colour that they are an inferior race who should have no rights.

Have you even seen this video?

PS Pay attention to the people clapping and cheering at what he says..

Rhetoric based in truth by a minority. ("minority" as in smaller number, not race.) Let's put it this way. A resident of Malaysia meets a number of Klan members from Arkansas who were on their annual retreat in Kuala Lumpur. Based on that meeting, and having never interacted with any other Americans, their conclusion is that all Americans must be racists. Your buy-in to that video is demonstrating the same narrow, and illogical, progression of thinking.

So you admit you don't know any real life African Americans?

Yes I did. Likewise, throwing out cheap insults and laughing with your buddies about it does not amount to intelligence either now does it.
