Okay :luv: ! We went to get is bio and finger print done on friday in Sac. Cali and this is for his AOS.. i'm pretty sure! What else is needed after that has been approve? IS there any other forms that i would have to worry about??? WOuld his AOS apply as his green card?? or do I have to fill out another form for his Green Card???

The AOS is the Green card! AOS = Adjustment of Status - his status is adjusted from K1 to a Permanent resident (temporaryfirst and after 2 years he can go for the permanent resident.) good Luck

July 7 Received Passport in 3 weeks

Shredded all immigration papers Have scanned images

Claudeth did her biometrics for AOS at the end of October and received her card at the end of February. CSC has been issuing a lot of conditional GCs without interview! Good luck :thumbs:

I believe biometrics goes towards both AOS and EAD.
