Yet another annoying question(s) about filling in the forms

Yes, so i am seriously breaking the record for most repetitive/irritating questions...so sorry everyone, especially if they been asked a billion times before!

Ok, here they are:

Questions all pertain to I-129f Petition

I. Question 1, Part B ---> My fiance's middle/patronymic name, "Vladimirovich", is too long. And can't change font size. What to do?

II. Q. 3a, Part B. ---> My Vasya was born born in Leningrad, USSR, but, as we all know, the original

name, Saint-Petersburg, has been reinstated. But should I put 'Leningrad,

USSR' since that's what it reads on his passport (i think both ones) and that

is what it was named when he was born, or should I just write the present

city? (feeling like an idiot for not knowing this!)

III Q. 3b, Part B ---> 'Russia' or 'Russian Federation'?

IV Q. 15, Part B ---> Should I fill in the "state or province" section? If so, would I

write 'Leningradskaya oblast' or 'Leningrad Region'?

V. Q. 15-16, Part B ---> Please tell me if the English format coincides correctly w/ the Russian format:

ул. Будапештская дом 104/2 кв.76

Budapeshtskaya Street, Bldg. 104/2 apt.76 (?correct format?)

Thank you sooo much people! I know i'm being really #######, but I hate beauracracy and am SERIOUS about not doing this process more than once! Thanks again!

At long last, this highly stressful leg of our journey has come to a close - for now - and we couldn't be more grateful and appreciative for all the tremendous help and support here on VJ! Without VisaJourney I doubt we would be where my husband and I are today! Thanks to all!

I. Question 1, Part B ---> My fiance's middle/patronymic name, "Vladimirovich", is too long. And can't change font size. What to do?

Put "See attached" and on your attachment list his full name.

II. Q. 3a, Part B. ---> My Vasya was born born in Leningrad, USSR, but, as we all know, the original

name, Saint-Petersburg, has been reinstated. But should I put 'Leningrad,

Either will be fine. Probably best to put the city he was born in, Leningrad.

III Q. 3b, Part B ---> 'Russia' or 'Russian Federation'?

Either is fine.

IV Q. 15, Part B ---> Should I fill in the "state or province" section? If so, would I

The Russia Portal or the Russia forum in Int'l section? I'm a little confused on the difference between the two...
