Just got home from work on Good Friday to my I-485/I-130/AP/EAD sitting in our mailbox...rejection notice on all forms...I'm trying to figure out what we did wrong...so far I have only noticed that we were missing my wife's signature on the I-130....they also mention something about filing the correct fees but that part I think I got it right but I want to check. Is it as follows?

I-130: $355

I-485/AP/EAD: $1010

??

Any advice is helpful....especially if you have had similar experience...

Thanks.

You paid the correct fees. The I-765 needs to be coded (c )(9 ) based on the I-485 to be included in the AOS fee.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Are there any marks on sides of your paperwork (computer processed marks?). Very similar thing happened to us, but it wasn't our fault. The USCIS lost some of our forms and they thought it was incomplete! It took a while for us to figure out what happened. Here you can see what happened to us:

You should go through your packet to see if there are things missing.

Hope everything will work out.
