We filed a joint petition with the TSC on 2/12. My wife did not receive her notice of extension of her greencard. My daughter did receive her notice. Actually, my daughter rec'd her extension letter and another type of extension letter stating that since she is a dependent of a filer, her greencard would be extended a year. Also both recently had biometrics done. The only problem is the lack of the extension for the wife. She called the customer call center and would be told it would be coming. That was two weeks ago. Is it possible now she had the biometrics that it will come or must she schedule INFOPASS>.

I have not seen any clear trend about extension letters and biometrics appointment letters. Some people get them within weeks of each other. I've seen some get their extension letters first and others the biometrics appointment letters.

If your wife's conditional GC has expired, she can make an INFOPASS and ask for an I-551 stamp on her passport. This will serve as proof of extension of her LPR status.

We are in the same boat! We applied to TSC on 2/19 never received an NOA but did receive a biometric appointment. The website says the case was transferred to VSC and that a note was sent about it on May 5th. It also said to call if we don't get it within 14 days (it's been 16 now). So I called today and an automated message said don't call unless it's been 30 days. I would wait 30 days from when the notice was supposedly sent (check case at uscis.gov) and then get an infopass
