Hello everyone here in VJ,

I'm new in this site and it gives my attention to sign up as a new member. Regarding my change of status we file last july 23 2007, and i got my biomitrics after a months later, then got my date of appointment about 2 months later, until they approved our application of COS. I got my welcome letter last dec. 12 and it said in the letter that after 10 days i recieved my green card, since that day i'm waiting and wait until we decided to checked in the post office maybe it sitting in there but i was disappointed. Until we called the USCIS hotline. But saddenly all the answers we got that day, that they already mailed my GC last dec.19 2007. Then i start frickin' out and dont know what to do? we recieved the letter again from them that we need to file the l-90 for the card was lost, stolen or destroyed, and we filed that and we mailed it. but until now i didnt heard about it. Please anyone who has case like me i need your advise regarding for this issue.

thanks and God bless to all!!!

I e-filed mine after getting my original I-90 returned with a letter telling me that the fee was payable because USCIS mailed the card and it had not been returned to them, so must be lost in the mail...

My original I-90 was mailed to MO too...
