Ehavemaria,that's the same score I got !

May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well,they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit,nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !


June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again,still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE

i think you will find the higher ups usually can see whats going on and in time they will get theirs

I'm dealing with people like this at work now and unfortunatly the "higher ups" is a friend of theres so I just bide my time, look for another job, and try to ignore them.

At one point I had thought of quitting but then thought, Why let them win!!?!

Sooner or later,they'll wear their welcome out.Whatever you do,don't quit that would be like letting them win the battle.

I find mumbling nonsense and letting my eyes roll back in my head, all whilst rocking back and forward in my chair often shuts them up.

Oh no,my co-workers are very culturally biased.One of them just came out and told me how tired he is of "All these foreigners scooping up all of the American women."

I cussed him out something terrible.

Sept 28th recieved NOA for AOS

Nov.05/05 recieved Biometrics letter

Nov.17th Biometrics Appt.

Nov. 22nd. AP Approved

Nov. 25th/05 recieved EAD card

Nov.30th. recieved AP Papers in mail

Dec. 08th/05 Recieved Snail mail letter for AOS Interview Feb 15th 7:40 AM.

Feb. 15th. /06 AOS Interview SUCCESS !!!! no more to deal with for another 2 yrs!

Feb. 27th./06 Recieved Greencard in the mail

August 4th/06 Our First Wedding Anniversary !!

Feb. 8th 08 Sent in Packet to remove conditions

Feb 23rd 08 Recieve NOA letter stating they are extending my Greencard for another year.

March 11th 08 biometrics appt.

May 29th 08 recieved email stating Card production ordered

June 7th 2008 10 yr card recieved.

Over the years,I've learned to just laugh at them,kill them with kindness.That seems to upset them more. :yes:

I like beating them to death with a dead weasel.

Failing that, I'm all for cutting part-way through a brake line on their car then spraying it with salt-water (to speed up rusting)....

Totally unoriginal last choice is to return the favour....stab them in the back. Literally.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
