October 2006 - 2 year green card received!

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

Interview- May 18th, 2006 (Success !)

Arrived in the US - May 27, 2006 (our IR-1 visa journey was 2 years and 2 months long)

Wedding - June 17th, 2006

It's a Girl ! Baby Hana's expected due date - March 30th, 2007

:luv::luv: Thank you all Guys...that is the best part of this place...the positive vibes...love the good energy flowing...I have been so hectic lately that have not been doing much of reading or posting...but the bottom line - life is good...Jamal is here...and our love is growing and getting stronger...still it is a big adjustment for us both...but it was worth all this stress and frustration...now we are finally together and on Friday we will be finally united in the sacred bond of marriage - the moment that I look forward to...both with a great level of excitement and a hint of disbelief as how all have changes in my life since I have met Jamal back in June of last year...life is good and I give thanks to All Mighty for all the blessings I have been granted. :star::star:

I will definitely post pictures as soon as I have them ready....thank to all of you... and for these who are still waiting I am wishing a quick and positive resolution...love, Dorothy and Jamal
