I am so glad that we have so many people who have been through the same stuff/process new filers can benefit from.

Someone please help me understand the $455.00 fee for I-129F. If I understand correctly - if you file the KI - fiance/e then you need to pay the visa fees but if you file the I-130 and get a NOA1 and use that to file the I-129F K3 then you do not pay fee for the K3 petition because you already paid for the I-130.

Hope I made myself clear.

PS. How do I make my time-line show beneath my posts? :wacko:

i agree with you about the filing fee.. for your timeline: you need to click, my controls , then edit your signature.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
