06/06/08 - SS card received by mail

06/23/08 - AOS + EAD + TD sent via FedEx

06/26/08 - Package received at Chicago

06/30/08 - NOA 1

07/03/08 - Biometrics Appointment Notice for AOS + EAD received by mail

07/22/08 - 8:00AM, Biometrics taken at USCIS Seattle

09/04/08 - EAD approval notice received through email, card production in process

09/04/08 - touch

09/05/08 - I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien Into the United States received in MAIL

09/09/08 - touch

yup! usually its "none" for most ds-form (like list the other name/alias ur using) but when they say name of ur spouse which is N/A for me coz im on a K1...

The word "none" would mean a zero or there is any. The use of "N/A" would mean the question does not apply to you.

Please be more specific and someone will be able to give a more specific answer to your question. Or a question you are having trouble of which form of the words none and N/A.

11/08/2011 - Interview date THANKS GOD went smooth n pretty easy with the nice lady IO takes 9-10 minutes wow???????????????

I think I waited more time for my Oath Ceremony schedule rather than interview process and after 13 minutes the lady gave my sched WOW CAN'T BELIEVE ......yayyyyyyy

what I'm trying to figure out is did you guys actually write the answers "None" or "N/A"?... or u left it blank? coz I have read somewhere in USE site, the "Instructions in filling up DS156" (i forgot the link :() that for questions 8 & 9, if its not applicable or we don't have an answer, we should not write anything. just leave it blank..

what I'm trying to figure out is did you guys actually write the answers "None" or "N/A"?... or u left it blank? coz I have read somewhere in USE site, the "Instructions in filling up DS156" (i forgot the link :() that for questions 8 & 9, if its not applicable or we don't have an answer, we should not write anything. just leave it blank..

its not advisable to just leave it blank... if you dont have any answer to the said question, always put n/a or "none"... they will ask you to fill all the blanks regardless if its not applicable to you... thats what ive experienced before...

Use your better judgment... it is advised not to leave any blanks (as what May has pointed out).

In the example there are blanks - example - question 33. they clicked No but left the corresponding box blank - is this OK?
