I-102 times and Adjustment of Status..please help

I have looked all over the site and not been able to find an answer to this. We lost the I-94, so we filed the I102 like you are supposed to do. The one question is how long is this going to take to get approved and second we have to apply for adjustment of status but we have to wait for the new I 94 or submit with the form from USCIS saying they have received our I-102? Thank you for any help that you can give.

Same thing happened to me, Heres my time line:

11/20/2006 Sent I-102

11/27/2006 Money order cashed

01/30/2007 RECEIVED REPLACEMENT I-94

So it took about 2 months, now let me also warn you that many were surprised that i received it that fast.

And yes you do have to have include the I-94 included with your AOS, my thoughts to you is wait till you receive the I-94; you wouldnt want to receive a RFE and not be able to respond by their deadline. I know its difficult to wait as I am sure this process is holding you back in life, but just wait,be patient, and file your paper work correctly. Wish you the best of luck
