Who the hell is racist? I just said they should come here legally. I'm all for making it easier for people from "friendly" countries to immigrate. I haven't seen any racist comments. I've only seen you make stupid-### comments about other people's relationships not being valid because one is more attractive than the other, or older than the other.

Profanity is not allowed on most forums, so I will merely suggest that you engage in an impossible act of self-copulation.

Grow the hell up.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

There has been much repetition of the "legal" versus "illegal" in this thread, which I think is a spurious argument. Little has changed in this world, and specifically in the U.S. without purposefully disobedience of the laws we disagree with. In fact, Thurgood Marshall and Martin Luther King tactfully planned civil disobedience as part of the Civil Rights Movement just so that their cases would make their way to the Supreme Court so racist laws would be changed/struck down.

Before calling others out on the illegal, maybe we should look at ourselves. Do you follow every single traffic law? Do you pay your car registration on time (or at all)? Do you have car insurance? Do you remind the checker if she accidentally missed ringing up the toilet paper sitting on the bottom rack of your shopping cart? Do you ever pay someone cash for work they do for you (babysitting, computer work, car work, yard work, etc) and “forget” to list it on your income taxes? Take extra deductions on the taxes? Occassionally partake in a little recreational marijuana? Ever drive while intoxicated? Is EVERY piece of information in your the petition you submitted to USCIS 100% accurate?

No one is arguing we all have had and will continue to have difficulties with the legal process of immigration, but I don't think that somehow makes us better than those who pay insane amounts of money to be hauled in a tractor container for 5 days over the border, or run across borders, or underground trails, risking their lives. They are breaking the laws because they are trying to figure out how to work, live, earn money, and educate their children.

People have said it is about "right" versus "wrong". That's not everyone's opinion of immigration law as it stands.....your right is my wrong. Change doesn't happen unless people are willing to challenge the laws as they exist.

I actually understand where the OP is coming from, and with that said - I will quickly run and let the poo fly.

So...... if enough of us start murdering people, it will be ok? It will eventually become legal? Sounds like a plan to me.

Do you even KNOW what a racist is? I am far from being racist. It wouldn't matter to me what ethnicity my beloved is...I love who he is...not what race or country he comes from. His skin colour or language wouldn't be an issue for me. So what does this make me? An American girl who fell deeply and irrevocably in love with a Canadian. Nope...no racism here....just pissed off that what we're doing LEGALLY and by the LAW is being ignored while those who are here ILLEGALLY and against the LAW are whining their a$$es off about rights they're not entitled to. That's not racist you pompous a$$

Wow, it was hard to keep up there, it just keeps going hehe. It just makes me so sad. He obviously is very confused. I say all us LEGAL immigrants and immigrants persuing LEGAL means should have our own NATIONAL rally!! Not show up to work, school, etc wouldn't it be grand?

Please...PLEASE...please let's do it.

I honestly don't think I can take much more. It has been two months since I saw my husband...two months since my child saw her father. And all I hear is immigrants this and immigrant that...they forget the word ILLEGAL. There is nothing in any of these bills that will help true immigrants like our families. In the end, it will only harm us because with 10 million new applications and no new workers...our processes will come to a virtual stand still. But no one understands that.

I am a consultant for nonprofits. I know things like press releases and the like. I offer my services to anyone that will join with me in getting the truth out. This hurts. And i'm not sure if I can make it through this day.

My 16 yo adopted son came home today. He asked how my day was. I blew up at him. It ended up with me in tears, Emmie screaming and him looking at me with hurt cause he's of Mexican descent. No one gets it...I don't hate anyone. But I'm missing my husband, my child is missing her father...and ILLEGAL law-breakers are demanding rights even I as a US citizen don't have. If we have to go through this horrid painful process...they should to.

I honestly don't know how much more I can take.

The complaining is hypicritical because alot of people on this site married people they don't really love, and could never love if they were in the same living conditions as them.

Yall can't honestly tell me by looking at the photo album that alot of these women love these men or vice versa.

I could see maybe one or two but i see hundreds of lies being lived in that photo gallery.

Then to complain about immigrants sneaking in this country is just crazy, atleast they didnt sell their bodies.

I'm talking about these old men with these hot young chicks.

Or real ugly women running around here with Denzel Washington stand ins....

Holy sh!t, you're one real shallow #######, aren't you?
