Is there a specific format that I should follow when typing the cover letter for I-130 (in regards to K-3 visa)? VJ has sample letter for I-129F but not for I-130.

Also, should I mention that I am filing for K-3 visa on I-130 cover letter? FYI - I am not sending I-129F and I-130 together.

Please let me know.

Thanks.

Never mind. I think I am OK. I leveraged the I-129F cover letter format. I have mentioned "Nature of the Submission: I-130 Application Packet for Spouse (K-3 Visa)" on my cover letter. In addition, I mentioned that I married my wife (maiden name) on XX date and am enclosing I-130 Form in regards to petition for K-3 visa for her.

Thanks.
