i know this is sooo freakin frustrating.. seeing CSC approvals EVERY SINGLE DAY for K3 an dI130's... should we CALL VSC??

i mean seriously come on now.. first they delay us with the NOA1 then they delay us with online case status.. and now this..

and call the Uscis i mean even use the RFE trick and call VSC just bombard them rediculously today with complaints and calls!!!

I called and they tell me they are working on August yet February approvals??? I mean congragulations to them i am greatly happy for them but what about us?

Oh ok then, just keep living in your own world and ignore whatever goes on outside of it. I give up. And it is certainly feasible that people will get approved even though they filed long after you. Case in point:

just maybe if you were in the shoes of VSC filers.. you would feel the anxiety... but not in your case since your a CSC filer

Hahaha, I filed my I-130 about 1 week after yours and have yet to get a NOA-2 or even a touch. It is not necessary to preach to the choir.

well i am not upset about me getin an aproval but i would like to see OTHERS from VSC such as aug and sept to get their NOA2, then i know it wil be my turn, but i havent even seen those approvals for K3....

Delicia that is our frustration, people way after our filing date are being approved...I/we get where your getting at with showing us approvals. yet it is frustrating for US which are dated before those approvals that have not been approved or RFEd yet...Undertstand?

I understand completely. I am in the same boat. My problem is that a few people keep starting threads complaining that VSC has not been issuing approvals at all and that is clearly not the case.

of course they have issued a few at our time range but most after, it just does not make much sense that is all. We're to vent we are here to cry(at times), share our stories help each other out, concidering we are all going through the same...

I am wondering about their computer system. There was once a time when people called in using the RFE trick and their cases would be "touched" because their case was looked at by the person answering the phone. I called to check the status of my case because i worried about the computer system , i mean it did take them 1 month to put the information in the system in the first place, anyway..... when I checked via the phone it said that i needed to send in more information. So I called the RFE line and spoke with someone to see if in fact I did have an RFE. But no touch, the last update is still 2/24/2008. From what i can gather from this forum is that no one has had an touches from that 2/24 group even though most people have used the RFE trick to talk to someone. One person was even approved with no touches from their case status online. Heck someone got their NOA2 and their case status online said they were still pending.

Now on the other hand, it is very concerning that people from Jan and Feb are getting approved before other filers are even looked at by uscis, it causes me to worry about where all of the files from the large number of people who did get online the same day might be. Granted, it would be silly to think that family members of USCIS employees or friends or even the USCIS employees themselves would not approve themselves way ahead of time. I mean this is america, and i do believe we started the saying "it isnt what you know but who you know". In those cases it is understandable and i could rest easier knowing that was what is happening. But if the policy is first in first out then if not for the "hook up" how are those who filed so much later than Aug-Dec being approved. When I first saw that case this morning i will admit , it made me angry to know that USCIS is not being true to their word about first in first out. I felt bad about being angry because I am happy that that Feb filer will be with their family soon, but at the same time im very jealous, I am sure we all are.

One thing is for sure, trying to make sense out of a system that is in such chaos that the head people are quiting , would make no sense at all. For those of you who have a "higher power" the best thing that i can think of is to keep your faith, keep your chin up, and think what does not kill you can only make you stronger. We will all be with our loved ones one day. I hope that at some point we can all look back on these days and think, WOW, if we made it through those days we can make it through anything.
