I have a case Started with SRC04********* When I chek it online this type of message comes.

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

I have checked many cases online every case which was transffered have location I mean CSC, VSC etc and date.

But my status do not have anything.

Can anybody tells what is this and where my case has been transffered.

I am a married person with two children.I got married in 2002. My father updated my case in 2004 and still i am pending I dont know how much time it will take. Can you guide me in this connection. My father updated my I-130 case in Texas.

well there are some things that are need to know like are you in usa now and did your husband file for you or are you waiting for your petition your father filed for you.ok if you father is in usa and filed for you and wasnt us citizen then it could take 8 year. if you husband filed for you your case will be in california or vermont for these are the only 2 service centers that handle I-130 reletive petitions need more information good luck

I am not in USA at the moment and my father filed I-130 for me.

Yes my father is in USA and he is American Citizen.

Yes I know that california or vermont handle these kinds of Cases I mean I-130. But my question is still there that why they have not mentioned Date and Service center in the online status.

Why don't you call the office that issued your reciept (NOA-1). There is a 800 number on the form. I don't know what SRC stands for. As for your visa type, I can't answer that with the information you provided. If your father is sponsoring you, California's current time for processing applications for a married child is April 2001.

10/21/2008: Submitted I-865W in lieu of co-sponsor and medical info to NSC

11/14/2008: online case status not updated since filing of AOS in July 2008

01/20/2009: Received another RFE for Affadavit of Support Info

02/02/2009: Responded to RFE with brand new AOS based on 2008 tax return (if that doesn't shut them up, dunno what will)

02/19/2009: EAD card received in mail (no updates on Online Case Status ever made)

02/23/2009: AP received (again, no online updates)

02/26/2009: Received interview appointment letter for 4/6/09

04/06/2009: AOS approved for unconditional GC

04/21/2009: GC received

If your case number begins with WAC, it's in Californial. If EAC, it's in Vermont.

as i read it correctly. your father sponsor you and file i130 in 2004, which is 4 years ago.

1. my question for you when your father file i130 is he already a US citizen or greencard holder.

with your situation you have to call the USCIS on your receipt.

i think it might take longer for you because you already married and have children. immigrate a whole family is more complicated compare to a single person
