Okay just a few quick questions I know that this is proberably covered in the FAQ's but...

1. How do Do I assemble all the forms and other thing that go into the packet?

1a. Do they need to be in like a 2 hole top punch leagle binder?

example:

SMD19931_1_1_400.JPG

2. Do I need to have the package sent as delivery conformation/registered or just regular insured?

2a. FedEx, UPS or USPS?

If you don't stand behind our Troops... Then you can can stand in front of them...

1. You can send it however you want, just refrain from using staples. Most people simply paper-clip the documents together in sections and then use metal binder clips to hold it all together, but as long as it's easy for them to navigate/separate/understand, you will be ok.

2. USPS is the most sensible choice for this (but again, doesn't really matteR). "Registered" is quite pricey and unnecessary. Delivery confirmation is a "must," and do the hardcopy delivery confirmation, not the new option where they can email you. When you get the confirmation slip, hold onto it, just in case you need it later. I believe insurance is automatically included when you ship with delivery confirmation, but am not sure.

If these are the most pressing questions you have about your I-129f petition, you are in good shape.

I paper clipped stuff togehter and then held it all together with a big binder clip. We didn't hole puch or anything like that.

We used USPS express mail so that we could track it. Whatever way you think is best.

Send USPS, since it goes to PO Box, makes its easier for signatures and will arrive within a day or 2.

Acco fasteners are the preferred method according to the USCIS. I really like them and they keep all those papers secure.

Kazan' Tiger.... really?

All I could find was a 100-pack of these, for $5.97.. I don't have that kind of money (after paying for filing/application fees)...

I used medium sized binder clips. I figured that if the CSC really wanted to double hole punch my papers and put on one of those acco fasteners, they could do it themselves.

I kept all the documents together using a big binder clip. I put the pics in a clear, small ziplock bag.

180px-Binder_clip.JPG

Most say not to use any staples, but I did use staples. I included about 10-12 emails which I printed then stapled the English translation to the front of it (which I translated and signed/"certified" to be accurate). I also included my fiancee's birth certificate and ex-husband's death certificate, both with the English translation stapled to the front of it.

In my opinion, the key is make the petition very organized and easy to navigate through. Try to keep some kind of order. I'm sure they appreciate it since it makes their job easier.
