Is this all I have to send to fiancee or am I missing some?

Hey guys I am finally finished with collecting all the documents for my fiancee's visa interview but i wanna make sure i have everything befor I send it.

Check List:

copy of the entire I-129F Package

Notarized I-134 affidavit of support

paystubs, bank statements and a letter from my bank, tax transcripts,employer later.

completed form DS-156K, DS-156, DS-230 part I and II

letter of Intent to marry signed and dated

phone bills, phone cards, e-mails, letters, receipt of western union and moneygram, congrats cards from my family of our engagement, and the receipt of our ring.

boarding pass, Itinerary, copy of the visa stamp on my passport

copy of the NOA2

her birth certificate

and last but not least a lot of pictures of our engagement party and when we went to places.

And thats it so if I am missing something please let me knw, thank you very much in advance.

Why did you say "completed form DS-156K, DS-156, DS-230 part I and II"

U didn't put your information right? Coz I believe beneficiary has to fill em up with their information.

thats what i was thinking when i read, those forms should come to her in the packet for her to fill out and you sent her (her ) birthcertificate, im thinking alot of this would have already been in the original application, passport, itenarys etc

no the form is for her the embassy sent her the forms but i took the time to do it online my self using her info You see i went online and filled it out for her so when she gets it all she will have to do is sign and date it if not she can just fill out the ones the embassy sent her exactly the way i filled out the ones online. Oh and when i sent the petition i included a copy of her birth certificate, some pictures and copy of the Itinerary, and at the interview is where she takes the original birth certificate. You dont have to send original documents when you file the I-129F unless they specifically ask for it.

Im using one of the best lawyers in Las Vegas and well known in Las Vegas. I was told to send I-134 and copy of taxes. I also sent a few other things to show support and employement letter. The interview is mostly about your fiance not the USC.
