My Seiden medical review

hello to all,

here is my medical review at Seiden's office.

i got there in office at 6:53 am and i was the first one there. At the front desk, a lady ask me for the appointment letter and then she directed me to the registeration office where a lady took the vaccination record, passport ID, pictures and the payment which was $ 185 plus the courier service for $20. then she directed me to the X-ray office where an old lady took the X-ray and then I went to the doctor's office for the physical exam and waited for about 5 mins and a nurse came to take my blood pressure and then told me to change into the gown and wait for the doctor. The doctor came in in like 5-10 mins and he asked general questions like major surgery or psychitric condition and all. and went over the vaccination record. then he left and another nurse came in to do the breast exam and it took no longer than 2 mins and she told me to get dressed and go to the nect room to take blood work done and then it is the end of it. i took the bloodwork and then that was it. by the time it was over it was 8:05am ...so all in all it was about an hour long.

hey yes sorry!!! I should have clarify this...lol....I went to Seden's office in Toronto.
